Main Responsibilities The role of administrator is responsible for processing permits, part management and subcontractor management in relation to delivering our customers scheduled activities. Communicating via customer portals, email and telephone. Subcontractor Management:
Obtaining and managing scheduled appointments via planner and updating customer portalsIssuing all Pos to subcontractors for all call typesConfirming appointment dates still to be achieved with all planned appointments, 24 - 48 hours prior to attendanceChasing of all attendances via open calls reportChasing of all paperwork following visitProcessing of all paperwork in call and saving documentations in CASH cabinetGRN purchase order for callManaging Support inboxLiaising with FLM sponsor on any requirement for escalationOrdering of all parts as per grid management & requests Permit Management: All aspects of management of permits, whether individual or annual submissions required, including but not limited to:
Processing new and/or existing permits via required method ie. online portal, documentationManaging permit status and review as required, taking necessary actionAny escort & isolation requests processed as part of permitApproved status managed through to engineering - advising engineer approved date and providing documentationDeclined status managed through via re-submission and to approval Knowledge and Experiences
