Job DescriptionOur prestigious client is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join their expanding team. The role is to provide exceptional customer service to customers of the business ensuring all matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently whilst ensuring the whole process is professionally managed from the beginning to the end.Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM.As the Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:Providing customer service logging and tracking faults on SalesforceCo-ordinate engineer diaries effectively and efficientlyManage customer communications to arrange engineer breakdown and maintenance visitsManage and process customer supplies, parts and consumable orders using sage to create sales orders and delivery notesGenerate quotes and correspondence for supplies and maintenance contracts to customersUpdate Salesforce as required to support engineers and customersManage customer queries, issues and problems effectively and efficientlyShipping parts and supplies to customers and engineersAssisting in warehouse with shipping machines and admin tasksRegularly update & maintain spreadsheets as requiredGeneral Salesforce administration, including updating customer address, contact and phone number detailsAssist with logging and distributing all incoming sales enquiries and leadsAssist as required with processing sales ordersArrange hotels and flights for engineers as requiredThe successful Customer Support Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:Must be pro-active and show ability to resolve issues and find solutionsGood administration, numeracy, and literary skills with a keen eye for detailExperience of working within a customer services roleEffective communication both oral and writtenGood understanding of UK geography and distribution of major towns and citiesFull PC literacy on Microsoft software packagesSalesforce and Sage experience preferableMust have a can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a teamDriving license preferableBenefits:Free ParkingPensionCycle to Work SchemeLarge kitchen with sofa and TVFree tea and coffee24 days holiday**Please note this position will be office based and parking is provided**
