Job Title: Customer Support Administrator
Location: Ashford
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Office based)
Salary: �24,000 per annum

Duties include:
- Processing customer orders over the phone and by email
- Supporting a team of Account managers
- Arranging for samples to be sent to customers
- Resolving queries, chasing couriers and making sure orders arrive on time
- Looking after a key group of clients to identify opportunities for up sell
- Other duties as assigned by the line manager
Skills/Experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Able to work in as busy customer service team
- Great team player
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly Excel and Word) is essential and SAP experience would be an advantage
