Job Title: Customer Support Administrator
Location: Ashford
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Office based)
Salary: �24,000 per annum


We are excited to be working with a fantastic family run business, they were established over 70 years ago and have established a great reputation in that time for delivering high quality products with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
Duties include:

  • Processing customer orders over the phone and by email
  • Supporting a team of Account managers
  • Arranging for samples to be sent to customers
  • Resolving queries, chasing couriers and making sure orders arrive on time
  • Looking after a key group of clients to identify opportunities for up sell
  • Other duties as assigned by the line manager


Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Able to work in as busy customer service team
  • Great team player
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly Excel and Word) is essential and SAP experience would be an advantage
