Job DescriptionClient Success Manager /Consultant - AdTech – Italian speaking (* Flex)A truly exciting career opportunity for an Italian-speaking Programmatic Professional to one of the most advanced ‘post-cookies’ (SaaS) AdTech business, based in Central London (* flex working)A newly created role – The Client Success Associate/Manager will be responsible for supporting clients from post-sales, strategic and product adoption perspectives across the Italian market.You would be the client’s go-to person for all their day-to-day requirements, offering short- and long-term strategic advice, coordinating product training, ensuring product adoption, up-selling relevant products and ensuring client renewals.In addition, you will inform of clients’ feedback to product management & tech engineering teams.The ideal candidate:Minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Management /Executive role within #Programmatic, #AdOps, #AdTech, #MediaAgency either from the supply OR demand sides.You are highly client-facing and have a strong understanding of the role that data plays across paid, owned and earned digital marketing channels.Strong communication & presentation skills.You are a problem solver with sound project coordination skills.Fluent Italian speakerUp to £55k base salary + 10% bonus + excellent benefits.#programmatic #coockieless #martech #saas #data #cdp
