Job Description£40,000 + £12,000 Bonus + Bens - Hybrid roleI'm hiring a Customer Success Manager (renewals) on behalf of a London based ground breaking technology business that is revolutionizing the way enterprises build their applications. My client is an established global market leader in data technology, trusted by thousands of companies such as Banks, finance houses, insurance companies and government departments and most of the FTSE 250 and Fortune 500. This is a thriving fast growth, scale up with plenty of opportunity for career development. ROLELiaising with customers to ensure efficient renewals of existing licenses, preparing pricing and quotes as well as upselling to existing customersProactively reaching out to existing customers via phone and email using the renewals sales cadence, while also ensuring inbound customer requests are responded to within 24 hoursScheduling and leading customer calls to understand customer requirements and close dealsManage a pipeline of up to 100 inbound opportunities a month.Working collaboratively with other sales department members, as well as the wider business (e.g. legal, operations)Finding trends that need to be actioned from gathering and analysing customer feedbackEnsuring the CRM ( Salesforce) is up to date with correct and accurate informationREQUIREMENTS2 - 4 years of:Sales/customer facing experience working with renewals ( software licensing / subscription in a SaaS business is preferred)Account Management working proactively with C-Level customers and Procurement.Working with a CRM ( Salesforce is preferred)Strong professional work ethicDeep understanding of what a real team player/net contributor isTech savvy/interestedStrong awareness of the power of a good sales department cultureFluency in English (written and spoken)Adaptable and innovativeCompetitiveCurious and learning focused mindsetBenefitsHybrid working ( 2 days remotely and 3 days in the office); Bonus scheme paid monthly with opportunity to overachieve; Private medical/dental insurance; Pension; Company events & social hours; Subsidised gym membership; Casual dress; Ride to work scheme – subsidised bicycle.Apply now with your cv as Interviews start W/C 20/05/2024
