Customer Success Manager - SaaS
Up to £35-40k base
Hybrid role 2 days in the office, near Hampshire/Basingstoke/Reading
The Company
This company are small but fast growing SaaS platform used to predict and prevent risk across multiple industries.
They in a really strong position with a platform that very much needed by its clients, they tend to find once they sign up they keep their clients.
The Role
It's a classic CSM role, focused on retaining the client and growing the account where possible
Be the face of the company working with tier 1 accounts
Run QBR and get close to the clients needs
Requirements
You must have at least 1 years experience at a SaaS vendor, in a commercial role (this role best suits someone 1 up to 3 years in SaaS)
Ideally in a CS or AM role but they will also look at AEs or SDRs looking to make the move over
You can work in their offices 2 days a week
Keen to work in a commerical client facing role
