Our purpose is Empowering government and business to create a better society for all.The Customer Success Department is a critical function within our Business Intelligence Division. Working closely with our clients, our CSM’s are passionate about delivering best in class service, post-sale and throughout the lifetime of their contracts, to ensure they see success and value from our products and thus renew their contracts.Key Responsibilities:Building and maintaining client relationshipsProviding support and assistance throughout the lifetime of their relationship with BIPLiaise regularly with clients to develop strategies to win business via our productsAnalyse customer data and make recommendations to maximise the potential of their accountsContribute to revenue growth by upselling client contractsPresent linear forecasting (within agreed parameters) via CRM to key internal stakeholdersHost online meetings with clientsIdentify, qualify, and resolve customer issuesNegotiate contract renewals and expansion proposalsWork towards KPIs and targets; both individually and as a teamWhat we are looking for:Minimum two-years Sales or Customer Success background preferably in IT or SaaS industryExperience in using CRM systemsPrevious experience in interacting with Senior-Leadership and Director Level individualsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)Great Communications skillsStrategic thinker with problems solving skillsStrong written skills and the ability to prepare and deliver business proposalsPreviously worked towards targets and KPIsWhat’s on offer?We are fortunate to have a fantastic office location at the heart of Pacific Quay and we continue to invest in creating a modern working environment with great views of the river.Contributory pension schemeAnnual company performance bonusRewarding Commission Scheme22 days + 8 Bank Holidays (which increases with length of service)Birthday OffHealth cash planOn-site parkingAccess to OVO Hydro ClubDiscount on Gym MembershipQuarterly social nights and an annual awards night
