Onboarding new customers
Providing ongoing support and training
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with CRM software is a plus
