This role is remote but covering clients in the South/South West region.As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers by helping them to achieve their goals. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and play a vital role in retaining and growing our customer base. Working closely with customers and Account Managers to deliver improvements, maximise contract performance and identify additional opportunities. Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators must be maintained to a high standard within the customer’s fleet to avoid any contract breaches in line with this he Customer Success Manager is pivotal in driving improvements where needed by influencing key internal stake holders.

Experience and Skills Required
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. The ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers. A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify customer issues and proactively find solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to inform decisions. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. The capacity to adapt to changing customer needs and new challenges. Familiarity with relevant software tools and a capacity to quickly learn new technology. High level of presentation skills and communication with a good understanding of service provision A comprehensive level of MS Excel knowledge to enable analysis of data and reporting Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel Knowledge of ITILv4 Foundation would be advantageous
