Strong presence across UK, US, and Canada, they have an extremely unique platform which is revolutionising financial management for their customers and providing B2B engagement and benefits that are unparalleled to anything else on the market.Employees first focus– they pride themselves on a resilient workforce, encouraging diversity, collaboration, and a huge focus on career progression.The PositionAs a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with a German portfolio of customers, helping to reach full utilisation of the SaaS platform and offerings.Responsible for managing a small team of Implementation Analysts (also German speaking), where you will be involved in early phases of the customer onboarding process and completing feature implementation projects.Managing a portfolio of customers ranging from Mid-Market to Enterprise.Tasked with driving opportunity for expansion and growth within your existing customers, highlighting opportunities for the wider sales division.Required Skills and Experience2+ years’ experience of Customer Success experience, working within the SaaS industry.Strong German speaking proficiency.
