Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Rochester, Kent

Salary: £43,000 –  £48,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Our successful food manufacturing client in Rochester, Kent, is on the lookout for a talented Customer Success Manager to oversee and manage their key customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

•    Lead the management and nurturing of key client relationships.

•    Coordinate client orders and projects for timely delivery.

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

•    Communicate project progress and address potential issues proactively.

•    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.

Requirements:

•    Proven experience in key account management or customer service within the food manufacturing industry is essential 

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
