Hooray are exclusively supporting a leading provider of sports nutrition to recruit for a Customer Success Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working with some of the world's leading elite sports clubs, my client is experiencing impressive and rapid growth.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will:

• Working closely with the operation team processing daily orders efficiently and accurately.
• Cultivate and uphold key relationships and enquiries through excellent customer service.
• Managing workload and communication with customers through our GORGIAS software
• Communicate with courier companies to ensure all consignments are reaching the customer in good time.
• Raise sales invoices and credits and work closely with our in-house accounts team on credit control.
• Ensuring a high standard of customer success and organisation is implemented with every order.
• Send out our 'Informed Sport Compliance' certificates to customers.
• Assist the Customer Success Manger with customer service enquiries and always service the customer to the highest levels of service possible in alignment with company standards.

To be successful as a Customer Success Executive, you will:

• Have 2 years' experience in Customer facing position.
• Be experienced using excel and customer service software, ideally GORGIAS
• Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £27,000. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position.
