We highly value in-person interactions, and we encourage teams to gather regularly at least once a quarter.Due to this, the successful applicant should be in or within a reasonably commutable distance of London, so you can get plugged into the Pod Point experience.Charge up your career: As a Customer Success Executive, you'll join our Aftersales team, committed to ensuring every interaction Pod Point's customers have with our products and services is exceptional. This role will play a pivotal part in evolving our Customer Success function, it'll also focus on continuous improvement, process refinement, and efficiency enhancements. There's plenty of career development potential if you've got a growth mindset!You'll report to the Head of Recurring Revenue and you'll be responsible for:
Onboarding and training of new users on to the Pod Point platform.
Maintaining and updating the CRM system ensuring all client info is correct.
Configuring charge point system settings and account setups across all client portfolios.
Working in close relation with both the account management and commercial support functions.
Being the escalation point for advanced customer queries.
Managing client communications concerning repairs and callouts.
Looking for opportunities to generate revenue and pass leads on to the relevant sales expert.
Producing training materials, including screen recordings and documents to assist with client onboarding and 24/7 access to support.
What you'll need
Previous experience working in a similar customer success role.
A keen interest in process improvement.
A customer-focused approach and be able to prioritise lots of different tasks.
Experience presenting and producing training modules for new users.
