You will:Facilitate the development of the Customer Strategy and 3 year Customer Roadmap, working in close collaboration with Customer Insight, Analytics and Strategy & Transformation Present the Customer Strategy in clear and compelling way to ensure business-wide understanding and alignmentDefine and develop new propositions to meet target customer needs, work in close collaboration with execution teams to land with customersUtilise insight and robust analysis to build investment cases for propositions with clear outcomes and measures that stand up to scrutinyMonitor the performance of the propositions you lead and proactively identify opportunities improve or pivotContinuously scan the market and look for external inspiration to proactively suggest new opportunities for proposition development to gain competitive advantage Provide your strategic thinking and strategy development experience “Let's find out about you.”You will:Demonstrate a customer centric mindset and act as a voice of the customer across the businessHave demonstrable experience in: Analysing data and insight ability to quickly identify the “so what?” and make robust recommendationsAnalytical / business case development / performance management Ideation / blue sky thinking / concepting Design thinking Workshop facilitation A strong understanding of customer insight, research and customer testing Horizon scanning / Innovation / future trends Have strong interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels in the business and align them to delivering solutions. Be able to listen, persuade and collaborate across various functions and will be able to clearly and succinctly articulate key messages.
