Role Overview:

As a Customer Solutions Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, handling inbound calls from customers regarding debt payment plans and collections. Your role entails taking ownership of customer accounts, providing practical solutions, and engaging with callers in a mature and compassionate manner.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: �22,000 per annum
Monthly Bonus: Up to �350
Hybrid Working Model: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
Flexible Hours: Monday to Thursday, between 8am - 8pm; Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (every 3rd Saturday, 8am - 2pm)

Demonstrate a strong background in customer service either call and contact centre / Healthcare / Hospitality
Possess proficient IT and communication skills.
