Why this role?

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to work within a busy and thriving Service team.

What will you be doing?

As the Customer Services Administrator your responsibilities will mostly consist of:

* Answering customer calls and processing details

* Resolving customer queries

* Admin including completing paperwork and filing

* Keeping in-house systems up to date

Your background:

You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn the system fully to support the team. The ideal person for this role will be happy to jump in and help other members of the team and be a supportive team player. This position has great potential for growth as the company continues to grow and develop.

The salary for this position is £23,500 this is a full time permanent position.
