Customer Services Representative ** Internal Only **Application Deadline: 28 April 2024Department: Customer ServicesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Poole - Unit H Compensation: £27,000 - £32,000 / yearDescriptionThis is an extremely exciting opportunity, to be part of a highly reputable team, that consistently delivers 5* service across the globe and throughout the Lush business far and wide.Our Global Customer Services department brings together all parts of the Lush business to ensure all UK&I shops, Export Markets & Partner Countries have everything they need to run their businesses successfully. We pride ourselves on having the highest quality products, and this will be your chance to get hands on with the journey behind the scenes from manufacturing, to finished goods.You’ll be working very closely with the manufacturing teams across our sites globally to help launch new products, organise large quantities of products for grand shop openings, global events and have the chance to share your knowledge and passions for future projects.
No two days will ever be the same and your tasks will change regularly depending on the ever changing, fast moving needs of the business. All with the main aim to always ensure your customers are happy, well informed and respected.
This role will specifically be within the UK&I Customer Services team, but you’ll gain knowledge and experience about what we do as a global department.Regular responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Delivering 5* Customer Service at all times
Day to day communication with customers through all channels available
Represent your store as their main point of contact
Providing feedback to Production Managers on product quality and packaging
Ensuring product quality is at it’s best, using regular quality checks during the manufacturing process, right up until it leaves our warehouse and delivered to our customers
Collating information on changes to the product and sundries range and availability
Support network between support teams within the business and across manufacturing
Raising orders, processing product and invoicing credits
Liaise with production to ensure the customer receives the required products in a timely manner
Communicate any raw material or production issues that may affect fulfilment
Provide updates on delivery scheduling and transport delays, working closely with the logistics teams
New Product Launch/Collaboration support
Travel across the UK&I on shop visits
Compile regular and informative communications to go out to customers via several platforms
Build relationships with other departments and support teams across the business
Administration Duties - Sheets, documents where all data is held regarding products and processes
Attend meetings and take minutes to share with your team
Desired Skills:
Ideally, candidates for this position would have previous experience of working in a Customer Services Role for 2+ years.
Candidates for this position would have a strong knowledge of the Lush business (whether from within Retail, Manufacturing or Digital)
Going above and beyond each day ensuring you deliver a 5* service to all your customers
A proactive approach to problem solving, a core passion to ‘make it happen’ no matter the size of the task
Relationship Building in this role is the key to success. You will be friendly, sociable, approachable and continuously networking to develop relationships across the business
Outstanding communication skills through all available channels including phone, email and face to face
Adaptability is essential, being organised, while still having the flexibility to react to changing demands
Incredible time management skills is a must, prioritising the here and now, whilst also still developing and creating plans for future projects
A true team player, can work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required
Always be willing to always learn more
