Working Pattern
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week on Monday-Friday at 8:00-17:00.
What is involved?
As a pivotal member of the STERIS team, the Customer Service Manager holds a key role reporting directly to the General Manager. Leading a team of two, you'll be the key player between our company and our valued customers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the day. Your responsibilities include meticulously managing loan sets on behalf of customers, utilising our cutting-edge Track and Trace system to guarantee efficiency and accuracy.
In addition to your hands-on involvement with customer needs, you'll be the point person for responding promptly to service reports, addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
Your role also extends to managing the procurement process, placing purchase orders for customers to ensure timely delivery of essential supplies. Embracing a customer-centric approach, you'll also embark on local travel to engage directly with our customers, fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
Furthermore, you'll oversee the allocation and management of labour hours within our company database, optimising resources and ensuring efficient workflow. With your dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction, you'll play a vital role in upholding STERIS's reputation for exceptional service delivery.

Required Experience
Build trust with customers
Manage relationships across 9 delivery points, various suppliers, and internal teams
Make decisions confidently with limited information
Utilize Track and Trace (Synergy Trak) for efficient operations
Possess at least 5 years of customer service experience
Act as the customer champion
Lead and manage a small team effectively
Excel in customer-facing interactions
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Thrive in a deadline-driven environment with excellent time management
Raise and expedite purchase orders as needed
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with healthcare industry is advantageous
Driving licence preferable but not required
