New Job: Part time Customer Service Coordinator



You will be providing customer service and sales support to this growing business based between Northampton and Wellingborough. You will be supporting operations, driving excellence in customer service while championing sustainability, sound good? Are you passionate driven and a dynamic individual looking to develop your career but wanting to work part time?

About the Job: As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin in the team with a mission to provide first class sales and customer service support. Your role will involve coordinating with major construction contractors and assisting companies in achieving their sustainable goals. You will be working from a vibrant office, you'll collaborate closely with clients to tailor flexible solutions, ensuring they hit their KPIs and reduce costs.



Customer Service:




  • Prioritise and process customer orders and queries promptly.

  • Investigate and resolve complaints swiftly 

  • Foster clear communication with clients and internal teams  

  • Collaborate with field sales to ensure service obligations are met and efficiencies maximised.

  • Uphold the companies reputation through high personal standards and warm, welcoming interactions.



Operations:




  • Navigate the companies 5 stage process for client and supplier accounts seamlessly.

  • Monitor invoices, ensuring accuracy for smooth invoicing.

  • Identify profit opportunities and maintain meticulous housekeeping on internal systems.

  • Provide stellar admin support when needed, from diary management to maintaining filing systems.



Account Management Support:




  • Monitor supplier increases and strategise solutions to maintain project profitability.

  • Offer valuable feedback to directors weekly, contributing to strategic discussions.



About you:




  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Customer-focused with a knack for problem-solving.

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and adept at meeting deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used IT systems.
