Customer Services Advisor

We are currently seeking customer services advisers for a specialist Health insurance company based just outside of Taunton , Somerset.

The role will be that you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries which will predominately be telephone based, and you will deliver a service that will ultimately play an important part of helping our customers at their time of need, ensuring that they have access to the right treatment.�

Ideal candidates will have experience of dealing with customer calls and any Medical/NHS knowledge would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.

This is an entry level role into an organisation that promotes self development and career growth.�

We are currently looking for candidates available to start first week in June.
