Salary: Competitive plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (30 minutes unpaid break)

Location: Wiltshire/ Hampshire/ Home Working (occasional travel to Veolia South Region sites)

What you'll be doing;

Answering telephone, email and postal queries and correspondence

Regular liaison with customers and service engineers

Manage all customer contact through CRM systems

Maintain Navision system as the master data store for property, customer and meter information

Manage and schedule maintenance and repair work through Concept works management system

Processing routine invoice runs

Invoice creation for billable ad-hoc works

Payment allocation and bank reconciliation

Take payments and set up direct debits

Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders

Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedure

Compliance with all Veolia policies, procedures and service levels

What we're looking for;

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent experience

Previous experience in a customer service role

Experience using CRM software would be an advantage

Good IT literacy (experience of using Google Suite applications)

Experience within the District Heating industry or Utilities Company would be an advantage

Strong communication skills

Good Planning and organisational skills
