Here at Cawood, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Sciantec team in Selby on a full time, permanent basis.

The administrator will be responsible for the following:
Ensuring that the phones are answered quickly, professionally, and efficiently.
Responding in a professional and timely manner to e-mails and customer requests, which include the providing of analysis results, Invoices, updating contact details and other general enquiries.
The booking and tracking of couriers to collect samples from customers. Ensuring that the paperwork is correct and arranging for the return of sample boxes to various sites in the UK.
Assisting with storage and collection of samples from the laboratory.
Accurately inputting information from other companies to ensure the production of certificates.
Creation of forage packs to be sent to customers for their return of samples to the laboratory for analysis.
Working closely with the Customer Services Manager and our Accounts Department, submitting invoices, purchase orders and reports.
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and the franking of external post.
Greeting new and existing customers and building relationships to develop the business.
Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
Essential Requirements
Administration experience, in a similar role.
Organisational skills.
IT Literate, experience with Microsoft Packages.
Attention to detail.
