• Working hours/days: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm/ Saturday 9am-5pm (Saturday working is approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays)

HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the Customer Service companies based in Gateshead as an Inbound Calls Agent.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused with the ability to multitask and work independently.

You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and assist with all types of enquiries from suppliers, health care professionals, family etc.

General Duties of Inbound Calls Agent:

• Handling inbound calls, all types of enquiries from suppliers/health care professionals/family & friends of current residents and new care enquiries.

• Capture the care enquiry on to a sales form which is then forwarded directly to the care home.
• Being first point of contact for feedback and complaint handling, to collate the detail professionally and with delicacy to forward the complaint via email directly to our client for review.

General Requirements of Inbound Calls Agent:

• Strong customer service background.

• Good spelling and grammar due to sending customer emails.
• Must have the skill to be empathetic and deal with sensitive calls.
