Brook Street has an opportunity based in Liverpool for a Customer Service Administrator to join an organisation on a temporary basis for 1 month with potential of extension or further opportunities.
Immediate start!
Part Time 3 full days or 5 x 4 hours a day
�11.44 per hour (weekly pay)
Responsibilities:
" Calling all clients to confirm appointments booked for the previous week for Engineers
" Confirming appointments on the system and updating any changes
" Liaising with Engineers to confirm of any changes
You must have:
" Excellent Customer Service
" Inbound/Outbound telephone experience
" Computer literate
" Strong administration skills
