You will have a background as a customer service advisor or within a car dealership preferably.

You won't be afraid to get stuck in and communicate clearly with customers.

Your role will include:

• Booking in maintenance
• Providing timely updates to customers
• Problem solving and prioritising busy workload
• Liaising with colleagues in different teams
