Job DescriptionCustomer Service Team LeaderOnsiteChesterOur client, a successful and growing financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their office-based team in Chester.Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Savings or Lending Customer Services team, delivering a first-class service whilst embedding new working practices. Robust performance measures will ensure customer satisfaction is of the highest standard. The Team Leader will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.Experience leading customer-focused teams in a fast-paced environment is key.Key Role Responsibilities:Delivery of quality services to meet internal and external requirements.Aware of potential Operational Risks, Reputational Risks and Conduct Risks taking appropriate action to mitigate and adhere to policies.Promote process change and excellent customer service within a stable and efficient processing environment.Identify and escalate root causes where good customer outcomes are at riskEnsure service performance and quality control through effective performance measures.Manage the teams through formal and informal colleague performance and development reviews to ensure the achievement of business plans.Produce and evaluate management information to monitor performance and identify trends, making recommendations for improvements.Creating a diverse and inclusive culture where employees thrive and develop.Candidates from banking or financial services background preferred.
