A 3 months+ opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader Housing has arisen with the local authorities in Lemington Spa.

Pay rate of �17,94 per hour PAYE.

This is a great opportunity to lead a small team of Customer Involvement Officers to deliver positive outcomes for all our tenants and leaseholders.

You must be passionate about excellent customer service and ensure that all customer views are integral to shaping and developing services.

To be successful in this rewarding role you must primarily have experience and knowledge of:

  • Developing and sustaining Resident Engagement by a number of routes including initiating and supporting Resident Initiating Groups for a number of key areas in the housing world.
  • Responding objectively and positively to customer communication including complaints
  • Effectively managing and inspiring a team
  • Collating performance information to support colleagues to improve their practices.

You will have a wide practical knowledge of the sector with a thorough understanding of current and pending legislation which is providing added emphasis in this area of work. This will ensure that our duties as a landlord and service provider are met and carried out.

In development the customer liaison approach, dealing with complaints is another key area this role.

Hours of work are 8.45am till 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
