Job Description The customer support role will be responsible for contact with suppliers, customers and other external bodies.
Receiving Orders and chasing Supplier delivery Purchase Order Processing First response to customer orders and supporting with processing customer documentsDeal with incoming calls and queries as required. General site administration as required. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or social mediaProvide product and service information to customersManage and resolve customer complaintsDocument and update customer records based on interactions The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Support should have:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of attention to detail.
