Fantastic opportunity to join a well know company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with a strong administration background to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract starting ASAP and offering a salary of �24,000 - �24,500 depending on experience.
The role is hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
This role is "customer" driven, as the Customer Services Advisor you will respond to the needs of external/internal customers via telephone and email.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, motivated and have strong customer service and administration skills. Office based customer service experience is essential.
