As part of the customer services team, you will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding of customer requirements. Utilising your many talents and skills set, your primary responsibilities will include but is not limited to;Responding to customer enquiries via phone and emailTroubleshooting and solving customer concernsCreating and maintaining customer ordersProcessing credit notesBuilding rapport with internal and external stakeholdersAbout you:You are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
