About Us:
We specialise in distributing fluid and gas pipe connectors, serving various industries such as power stations, offshore platforms, and chemical plants in the UK and overseas. Our workplace is predominantly an office environment role, with a little bit of warehouse duties to cover the storeman when required - making every day a little different.
The Role:
As our Customer Services Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand our clients rely on. Here's what you'll be doing:
Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails with clients.
Organise and manage client accounts efficiently.
Generate quotations, invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders using the Sage 200 system (don't worry, we'll train you on this!).
Step in to cover various supporting roles as needed to keep our business running smoothly.
Handle inbound and outbound stock, including picking, packing, and shipping items to worksites.
Prepare certifications for orders and pressure test/setup installation equipment.
Who We're Looking For:
No previous experience with the Sage 200 system? No problem! We’re happy to provide the training you need. We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident with a great telephone manner
Exceptionally organised
Has a great attitude for work and people
Looking for longevity in their career
Able to prioritise tasks effectively
Flexible and dynamic in handling daily tasks
A team player who can also work independently
Adaptable to changing demands
Computer literate with a good understanding of Office 365
Holding a full UK Driving License is a plus, but not essential

£24,000 per annum, plus a 10% company bonus after 6 months' probation.
28 days of holiday, with an extra day added after 5 years, and we close between Christmas and New Year.
We offer a normal state pension scheme.
Early finishes on a Friday, we finish at 4pm
