We currently look after the movement of vehicles for a variety of customers including Leasing Companies, Major Daily Rentals, Dealer Groups and Manufacturers

With a fleet of our own drivers, we carry out the movement of vehicles via Trade Plates, we provide a Collect service for the Leasing sector and handover of new retail vehicles for Dealers and Leasing companies.

We work to the highest possible standards and strive to differentiate ourselves from our competitors through the quality of our service provision.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a customer service representative to add to the existing team at our offices in BLISWORTH, Northamptonshire.

Required skills:
* Be able to build customer relationships
* Able to Liaise with our customer’s call centre staff
* Respond to customer calls and e-mails in a timely manner
* Competent in word and excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Accuracy with an eye to detail
* Able to deal with workload under pressure
* Dealing and resolving customer queries
