Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join our client, a market leader in acquiring and managing vulnerable customers, helping them find a solution to clearing their outstanding debts.
Due to the nature of this role, the suitable candidates must be empathetic, trustworthy and professional.
The salary for this position is �23,400 per annum, there is also an opportunity to earn up to �29,250 on target earnings.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Representative:
- Salary: �23,400 per annum (OTE �29,250) + monthly bonus of �489.50
- Hours: Rotating shift patterns, hours between 8am - 7pm (only 1 7pm finish) and 1 Saturday a month 9am - 2pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Helping customers find a sustainable solution to managing their personal debt
- Using a variety of contact methods, including telephone and digital channels
- Resolving any customer queries, following clear and compliance procedures
- Negotiating with customers in a considerate manner
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:
- Warm and friendly telephone manner is essential
- You should have a passion for delivering great customer service
- Strong IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office is required
- You will need to be empathetic, trustworthy and professional as you will be dealing with vulnerable customers
- Being able to work towards targets and KPIs is also required
