Join our Customer Service Centre team starting in March 2024, for a 6-month term with the possibility of an extension. This position requires you to work 35 hours weekly between 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) receiving inbound calls, you provide exceptional customer care to the public by supporting customers through various inspection requests.
Key responsibilities include:
Maximize customer experience by managing inbound calls skillfully while demonstrating quality and efficiency
Process inspection requests
Process payments where necessary
Update permits (notifications), including shortages where necessary
Ensure confidentiality by protecting personal information
Collaborate with your team and other departments to ensure efficiency and customer experience
Achieve or exceed KPIs related to quality, efficiency and adherence
Who Are You?
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of customer call centre experience
Previous experience working with SAP and Pay metrics is an asset
Experience with completing payment transactions
Ability to strategically assess and solve customer requests
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
