We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading business in Hirwaun. With a great reputation, this company can is going from strength to strength and is looking to add to it's team due to increased demand.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers.

Your duties will include:

• Delivering excellent customer service and dealing with all types of queries with a problem-solving attitude.
• Working within a varied role where attention to detail coupled with an overriding passion for providing inspiring customer support is needed along with a positive minded "can-do" attitude.
• Working to monthly individual and team targets.
• Tracking jobs throughout their progress.
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails.

You will:

� Have excellent customer focus.

� Have excellent communication skills at all levels.

� Be highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines.

� Be a dependable team player.

� Have excellent attention to detail.
