The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Customers and Partners, working within our Contact Centre. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls and answering a variety of questions regarding their finance plans, coming to the best solution for the customer, delivering a first class outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing telephone-based support and guidance to customers via inbound calls
• Empathising and engaging with customers, getting them to tell their story and explain their situation
• Focusing on the customers' needs to supply solutions in a professional and friendly manner
• Keeping a variety of internal systems up to date
