Customer Service Representative

My client based in Huntingdon is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative on a Full Time Permanent basis.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team, have strong time management skills and be able to multi task. They should demonstrate they are passionate about Customer Service and take pride in their contribution to the business. The successful candidate should be a Collaborative teammate able to work in a fast pace environment with the ability to work independently as required.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage:
· Scheduling and Coordination of Field Service Engineers
· Quoting via Telephone and Mail
· Invoice Queries & Credit Notes
· Contract Billing
· Sales Order Entry for Supplies/Parts and Accessories
