Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our established client in Eaglescliffe, Teesside, on a temporary basis!

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Pay rate: £12.82 per hour

Our client are major global players in optimising manufacturing and production for customers in sectors ranging from energy to transportation. As they continue to expand their presence, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis to contribute to the company's operations.

Working as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Liaising with customers via email and phone, ensuring key details are noted
  • Maintaining key client relationships
  • Completing monthly reports
  • Managing quotations and contract reviews, as well as adherence to shipment regulations
  • Acting as a point of contact between the customer and other functions within the organisation

The successful Customer Service Representative will have:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service/customer-facing role
  • A minimum of GCSE level English and Maths
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A background in Manufacturing or Engineering (beneficial, but not essential)
