Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. Discover extraordinary* every day.Mission and key priorities of the roleProvides the primary day-to-day contact for a specific customer base within a sales territory and being responsible for managing the customer experience including inquiries, inventory, orders, shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.The role designed for youYou will receive and process material orders directly from customers via telephone, internet, email or fax in a timely and accurate mannerYou will enter customer data into the company computer systemYou will interact with customers on order fulfillment from initial inquiry through final deliveryYou will inform customers of product price(s), shipping date(s), and all additional information needed by the customerYou will ensure customer changes/delays are recognised and coordinate with the Sales Representative so the customer will be informed in a timely manner and ensures the order is billed accuratelyYou will effectively communicate customer information between sales, production scheduling and production departmentsYou will collaborate with planning and scheduling, sales, marketing and finance to manage all day-to-day customer needsYou will ensure customer requirements are met by supporting the sales processYou will ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresYou will ensure all activities are conducted safely and within safety
guidelines/procedures You will perform other duties assigned by Sales Office Manager3.
