Brighton – Hybrid – 3 days a week in office

We’ve teamed up with the exciting horology brand Studio Underd0g, who are now in the market to secure a Customer Service Representative and Executive Assistant!

About The Role:
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing comprehensive administrative support. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining office operations, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Service:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via email and in person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanour in all interactions with customers.
Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer service database.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Administrative Support:
Assist with daily office operations, including handling correspondence , and managing office supplies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Ensure the office is well-organised and presentable, managing office supplies and equipment.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to maintain office facilities.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
Support for Special Projects:
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and company events.
Conduct research and gather data as needed for projects and presentations.
Provide additional support to various departments as needed.
Skills You’ll Need:
2+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Familiarity with office management procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with the industry or passionate about Horology is a plus.
