Job Description:



As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of repair calls, diagnosing repair issues, and efficiently raising necessary work orders. This role involves providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of repair issues.



Key Responsibilities:



Handle large volumes of repair calls from customers.

Diagnose repair issues accurately and efficiently.

Raise necessary work orders and liaise with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records of repair calls and actions taken.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize repair processes and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Assist in other administrative tasks as required.



Person Specification:



Previous experience in a call center or handling high volume calls.

Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Demonstrated experience in diagnosing repair issues.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
