Role Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at our leading care agency in the UK. In this role, you will be an integral part of our service delivery unit, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our company. This is a permanent position directly employed by the company.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Be an integral part of the service delivery team, supporting with all aspects of customer relations and service delivery, including covering shifts and assigning care staff to care homes.

  • Actively contribute to the service delivery unit, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to our clients.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Participate in regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in home care.

  • Assist in coordinating staffing solutions for care homes, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any staffing issues or concerns.

  • Support in managing client accounts and billing processes, including invoicing and payment collection.

  • Contribute to preparing regular reports on key performance indicators, such as client satisfaction scores, service delivery metrics, and staffing levels.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as accounts, digital marketing, business development and operations, to support overall business objectives.

  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery and foster a positive work environment.



Qualifications:




  • Experience in care, telesales, customer service will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in use of computer and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices in health and social care services.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanour, with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of our clients and their families.

  • Valid UK driving licence will be more suitable.�
