This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Manager to lead a dynamic team of Administrators, Planners, Schedulers and Team Leaders. You will liaise with the client contract centre, manage day to day activity, lead activity on KPI'S and ensure all cases are managed within the time frame and within budget
