Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, growing company in Stroud as a Customer Service Manager! My client is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Manager, able to get the best out of the Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of a newly formed team of Customer Service Agents therefore experience as a customer service manager is essential.

Up to �40,000 DOE
Monday to Friday - On site
Main Duties;
o Coaching, training, and driving a high performing outbound B2B Customer Service Team
o Assist with recruitment of team
o Be confident in conducting weekly staff one-to-ones, leading disciplinaries and other HR related issues
o Be able to give clear instruction and direction to team
o Accountable for Customer retention of both independent and national accounts
o Manage a team to cross sell other products through strong relationship building businesses.
o Provide daily and weekly reports on Customer Service
o Consistently meet and exceed Customer Service targets
o Have a 'customer first' attitude and drive to exceed customer expectations
o Update and maintain customer information in the company's database.
o Collaborate with the key stakeholders across the wider business
o Be able to occasionally travel to other offices across the UK
Person Specification;
o Experience of managing a Customer Service Team.
o Experience of working closely with supply depots
o Strong people management skills
o Experience of working in a fast paced, target driven, high dial environment
o Experience of leading an outbound Sales or Customer Service team preferably in the Cooking Oil industry
o Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
o Ability to work well under pressure and drive a team to meet, and exceed, targets.
o Good organisational and time-management skills.
o Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Teams, and CRM software.
o Language skills are advantageous
