Description

As a Customer Service Executive you will be speaking with customers mainly over the telephone for one of their clients handling a range of automotive queries.

The role will also be dealing with claims from start to finish ensuring a high end service is provided at all times.

You will be also responsible for any emails coming into the organisation and will be looking after a busy inbox.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

A confident telephone manner

Passionate about customer services and providing the best level of service

Driven and dedicated about the customer journey

A good team player
