Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join the team on a permanent basis.What You Will Be DoingWorking in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential administration support to ensure their customers receive first rate service. Duties will include :Dealing with customer queries, following up on enquiriesProcessing orders through to paymentOrganising and scheduling hire bookingsAssisting with quotations, pricing, and invoicingUpdating internal database and spreadsheetsAdditional ad hoc projects and when requiredWhat You Will Need To SucceedStrong customer service and administration experience, ideally gained within manufacturing or productionOrganised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the sameAbility to work under own initiative and as part of a small teamStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systemsExcellent communication skills over the phone as well as via emailWhat You Will Receive In ReturnCompetitive salaryMonday to Friday full time (100% office based)25 days holidayFriendly and supportive teamEstablished and progressive organisationWhat You Need To Do NextIf this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered.
