What does the role involve?
Working as a member of our Customer Service Team you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of our customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email to help resolve their queries. To ensure you're set up to be successful you'll receive industry-leading training to allow you to get to grips with our systems, processes and customer first ethos.
Once you have completed your initial training onsite, you'll have the option to work from our Newbury office a minimum of 2 days a week. The typical working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, with a slightly later shift to be worked every 7 weeks from 9am - 5:30pm.
We have 2 positions open, one on a permanent basis and another on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Some of your key duties will include:
Handling inbound calls from our customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience
Supporting customers with their vehicle quotes or order queries
Liaising with specialist teams within Novuna, where needed, in order to help resolve the customers query
What are we looking for?
You're passionate about delighting your customers and get a real kick out of providing excellent customer service. You'll have strong verbal and written communication skills, an excellent eye for detail and you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved.
Also, we're looking for the following:
Passionate people who can deliver exceptional experiences for our customers
The ability to listen, empathise and build rapport and understanding with customers
Strong computer literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
