Speedy Customer Service Executive
Location: Castle Donington
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 17:00

In the role of Customer Service Executive, you will:
Liaise with customers via telephone and email
Take end-to-end ownership of customer requests
Work collaboratively with the Speedy network to ensure top-notch service
Requirements:
Strong customer focus with ability to build rapport
Effective multitasking and decision-making skills
Collaborative team player with a drive for business growth
Support business unit/team in delivering ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
