Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for actively seizing sales opportunities during inbound and outbound calls. This involves adeptly probing and attentively listening to comprehend customers' application needs. The role also encompasses promoting both cross-selling and upselling to achieve predetermined sales and growth targets.This position thrives in a dynamic work environment that places a strong emphasis on career advancement, offering robust support for career progression.Responsibilities:• Ensure the accuracy of account and customer data maintenance.• Promptly address customer inquiries within the specified SLA, striving for one-call/case resolution.• Take ownership of customer concerns and identify new product opportunities to generate leads.• Foster relationships and build a network with internal departments.• Proactively engage in upselling and cross-selling of new products.• Follow up on all commercial activities and operate in accordance with current business policies and procedures.• Demonstrate consistent performance, achieving KPIs and business targets.• Manage time effectively and efficiently.• Understand the company's strategy and propositions.• Provide support to other departments as needed.Required Skills and Experience:• Excellent communication skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Experience in a service/sales environment.• Successful delivery of agreed commitments and objectives.• Team player with a strong work ethic.• Desirable experience in complaint
