Customer Service Executive | East Nottingham | £23,000 - £26,000
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive. This role is based in East Nottingham, paying between £23,000 - £26,000 for the right candidate.
This would be a fantastic role for candidates based in Newark, Bingham, West Bridgeford, Ruddington and the surrounding areas.
Yout must be able to drive to be considered for this role due to the location.
It is essential you have previous experience within a customer service role to be a successful applicant!

THE ROLE:
- Ensure the team maintain the highest level of professionalism and service at all times
- Dealing with all customer service calls
- Taking orders from customers and processing orders
- Arranging deliveries, ensuring dates and addresses correspond with customer requirements.
- Dealing with adjustments
- Escalating and manage customer complaints
- Working closely with other departments
- General admin support
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent people skills and ability to manage effectively
- A passion for delivering excellent customer care and service
- Approachable, friendly and positive
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent telephone manner and be able to organise effectively
- Must have strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience within an office based customer service capacity
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 am - 5.00 pm &10.00 AM - 6.00 PM
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
